Coconut Pudding

Ingredients

2/3 C. cracker crumb

1/2 C. sugar

1 tbsp flour

1/2 C. coconut

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 C. sweet milk

Directions

Place a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in it the cracker crumb with sugar, flour, coconut and salt.

Stir into it 1/2 C. of milk. let them sit for a while.

Heat the remaining milk. Add it to the mix and let them cook for 18 to 22 min while stirring all the time.

Serve your pudding warm.
